Turmeric Banana Oatmeal Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 banana
1/3 cup rolled oats
2 non-pitted Medjool dates
3/4 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. honey
Method:
- Place all the ingredients into the blender and whiz up for a smooth consistency. Add additional almond milk if too thick.
